As words like "service design", "innovation", "agile" & "sustainability" are becoming more prominent in the Welsh Third Sector and funding applications, join Paul at Cwmpas for a 90 minute lunchtime session for a basic introduction to service design: what it means and why we need to know about it.

These sessions are free (fully funded by the National Lottery Community Fund)

The survey will stay open until Monday 29 January. It won’t take longer than 10 minutes to complete and will greatly help the Welsh Jewish Heritage Centre make a really compelling application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund to support the redevelopment of this much-loved building.

Natural Resources Wales has teamed up with Coventry University to encourage people out into the beautiful Welsh countryside and to find out what stops them from going.  Some of the feedback we’ve had is that people are worried about livestock in open spaces.  What to do if you see a herd of cows, for instance?  What to do if you are walking your dog?  Hence we’ve asked PONT (Pori Natur A Threftadaeth) to deliver some training for us that addresses some of these issues.  First they will explain why animals in our landscapes are so important for biodiversity and then they’ll explain what to do if you see some. This free 2 hour online training course is designed to help you feel comfortable in the countryside and to advise others you might also see this as a challenges.

The first session is Friday 19th January at 10am via Teams.

The second session is Thursday 25th January at 10am via Teams

The third session is Friday 26th January at 10 am via Teams.

Here’s the link to sign up for either.  https://coventry.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/people-in-the-landscape-training-january
