This session for heritage organisations or projects will guide you through the different types of innovation and how they relate to your organisation’s purpose and aims.
Innovation is the lifeblood of organisations, the essential element that ensures their efficiency, success, and ultimately their survival. This does not mean that all organisations must generate the innovations themselves – some organisations adopt the innovations provided by others. Innovation is about much more than the technology that we adopt and use, it is about a mindset for improvement, change, and development.
In this dynamic session you will be guided through the different types of innovation and how they relate to your organisation’s purpose and aims. We will focus on how to grow an inclusive culture of innovation within your organisation and highlight some key tools and resources to help you to develop an innovative mindset.
