Applications to the Weston Charity Awards are open!

For charities working in the fields of Community, Environment, Welfare, or Youth and based in the North or Midlands of England, or Wales — you could be eligible for a package of support, worth just over £22,000.

Spread the word, our next round of Grants & Sponsorship funding is open!

What you need to know:

Our grant scheme is open to both constituted and non-constituted groups.

Up to £3000 for constituted groups

Up to £500 for un-constituted groups

or Sponsorship of up to £500.

Any community group, charity, social enterprise or not for profit organisation delivering projects within Merthyr Tydfil are welcome to apply. Applications are open from today (6th November) until Monday 25th November.

An information session is being delivered for the Comic Relief Organisational Growth Grant.

​The scheme will fund organisations which work to deliver benefits under the following themes, actions to be funded under this grant request should be aligned with the aims of the grant scheme:

​• Children and young people – learning and development; early childhood development

​• Community – focusing on local services including food banks, community kitchens and safe spaces for vulnerable people

​• Family focused outreach and support - basic essentials and needs / financial support

​• Homelessness

​• Mental health services

Organisations with a socially focussed purpose and an annual income of less than £250,000 are eligible to apply.
