Invitation to an event to inspire Social Enterprises that promote the Welsh language

Date:

Tuesday evening - 11 November - 7pm

Location:

Canolfan Soar, Merthyr Tydfil CF47 8UB

Our colleagues at Canolfan Soar will be holding an event at Soar to inspire others to develop Social Enterprises that promote and increase the use of the Welsh language in our communities.

As you’ll no doubt know, the ‘Perthyn’ grant from Cwmpas has recently been launched — it’s only £10,000, but it’s a great first step to boost new ideas and to spark Welsh-language projects.

During the event, they will be sharing their own experience of developing Canolfan and Theatr Soar, and offering practical tips on how to begin the journey of developing a new Social Enterprise.

Lis McLean of Menter Iaith Merthyr Tudful Canolfan  Theatr Soar would like to invite you to attend the event — whether to share your own experience of running or developing an enterprise, or to hear from others who are on a similar journey. It’ll be a relaxed opportunity to share ideas and inspire one another.

Please let Lis know if you’d be interested in attending her email address is lis@merthyrtudful.org
