The Annual General Meeting of VAMT will be held on 25^th September, 11am at the Voluntary Action Centre

Business on the day will include-

• Minutes of AGM held on 26^th September 2024 – for approval
• Annual Report – to be received, presented by Sharon Richards, Chief Officer, VAMT
• Audited Accounts 1^st April 2024-31^st March 2025 – to be received, presented by Marian Barnes, RCH Chartered Accountants
• Election of Board of Trustees
• Appointment of Auditors

 Followed by a light lunch.

We are busy planning an exciting agenda and will forward this in due course.

Good News

The Community Facilities Programme will re-open as follows:-

1 September 2025 for Under £25,000 applications

and

1 October 2025 for expressions of interest for larger applications of up to £300,000.

Application forms and guidance for applications will be available at Community Facilities Programme from the appropriate date.
