This year #iwill Ambassadors in Wales will be invited to get involved in the Welsh Government’s new approach to volunteering, which aims to make volunteering a way of life for everyone. Ambassadors will also be invited to contribute to national developments in volunteering in Wales, as we strive to make volunteering accessible, enjoyable and meaningful.

The #iwill Movement are now recruiting for their next cohort of Ambassadors. If you (or someone you know) are aged 10-25, with a passion for social action, why not apply today?

Dr. Alan Netherwood will share the recently completed Climate Change Risk Assessment (CCRA) commissioned by the Cwm Taf Morgannwg Public Services Board (PSB).

This is your chance to find out about the climate change risks in the area including:

• How combinations of risks from increasingly frequent severe events might affect the
  landscape, infrastructure, services and communities
• The cumulative effects of a changing climate and what issues may arise and where
• What priorities may need to be considered to inform partners’ approaches to climate adaptation.

We will also discuss what are the best ways to keep the community informed and engaged.
