VAMT are hosting Huw Francis from Cwmpass, who will be delivering a session on Directors Roles and Responsibilities - Tuesday 17th September 10am-12pm VIA Teams 

This session is intended to assist Directors and Trustees of incorporated organisations to understand their statutory duties under the Companies Act 2006.

You will have the opportunity to ask questions and share your experiences too.

The overall outcome of the session is to have a greater understanding of DBS, its products and how DBS can work with organisations at all levels to promote and encourage safer recruitment and safeguarding in its widest context.

Carol - Regional Outreach Adviser - from the Disclosure and Barring Service will be delivering this online training session.
