Quick! Have your say about Taxi Services in Wales before it's too late!

The Welsh Government has launched a consultation of particular interest to the disability sector - 'Taxi and Private Hire Vehicle (Wales) Bill: white paper'. It is intended to modernise this sector and make services safer, greener and fairer.

Come and celebrate summer at the Compass Community Hub. Lots of activities for the WHOLE family.

Compass Community Hub would like to invite their partners to attend throughout the summer programme which starts 31st July & ends 1st September. We just ask that if you would like to attend, you bring along a fun activity for people to take part in. This could be arts & crafts, fitness activities or even CV writing etc.

If you would like to attend, please email kelsey.davies@merthyr.gov.uk Monday 3rd July with your desired activity and available dates so we can work you into our schedule.

Did you know there’s a Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board telephone service aimed at supporting mental health?

Call 111 Option 2 puts you in direct contact with a team of mental health professionals based in our heath board. Just ring NHS Wales 111 and choose Option 2.

The service is available for anyone in Cwm Taf Morgannwg with a mental health concern or who is concerned about the mental health of a loved one

Call 111 Option 2 runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, offering a triage service, support, or signposting as appropriate.
