The Annual General Meeting of VAMT will be held on 25th September, 11am at the Voluntary Action Centre
Business on the day will include-
- Minutes of AGM held on 26th September 2024 – for approval
- Annual Report – to be received, presented by Sharon Richards, Chief Officer, VAMT
- Audited Accounts 1st April 2024-31st March 2025 – to be received, presented by Marian Barnes, RCH Chartered Accountants
- Election of Board of Trustees
- Appointment of Auditors
Followed by a light lunch.
