DBS is hosting a free LinkedIn Live webinar

on International Day of Charity

(5th September) at 1pm

specifically designed for charity organisations.

The webinar, called "DBS Checks and the Charity Sector" covers all the essential guidance charities need, such as information on:

  • Different levels of DBS checks and eligibility requirements
  • Free volunteer checks and how to access them
  • DBS requirements for charity trustees
  • Understanding regulated activity with children and adults
  • The Update Service and certificate portability

The session will last approximately 30 minutes and questions can be asked during the session in the chat, with an Outreach Adviser on hand to answer. The session will be recorded and available afterwards on DBS’ LinkedIn for those who can't attend live
