This is a reminder that Annual General Meeting of VAMT will be held on 26th September, 11am at Merthyr Tydfil Football Club.
Business on the day will include-
- Minutes of AGM held on 28th September 2023 – for approval
- Annual Report – to be received, presented by Sharon Richards, Chief Officer, VAMT
- Audited Accounts 1st April 2023-31st March 2024 – to be received, presented by Marian Barnes, RCH Chartered Accountants
- Election of Board of Trustees
- Appointment of Auditors
Followed by carvery lunch.
We are busy planning an exciting agenda and will forward this in due course. We will be joined on the day by Chris Buchan, Head of Communities and Third Sector Policy.
