What’s a Charity Response Forum ?
A Charity Response Forums is a one-off, 2.5-hour online sessionexclusively for your charity.
The forum brings together two individuals from your organisation (we'd recommend that at least one representative is a senior staff member or a trustee), a small group of volunteers from Lloyds Banking Group (with a range of experience, skills, and perspectives), and a skilled facilitator.
The forum allows you to test your thinking, generate different approaches and ideas, and tackle up to three areas that are a priority problem or opportunity for your organisation.
Examples of areas for discussion include:
- Refining your communications strategy
- Strengthening staffing and recruitment practices
- Enhancing networking and stakeholder relationships
- Developing organisational and business strategies
- Charity Response Forums are available between 8 - 26 Junewith two slots per day to choose from at 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
What’s the time commitment?
- Registration: Complete a brief registration form and book a time slot (10 mins)
- Prep Call: One week before your forum attend a prep call with your forum facilitator to identify and prioritise three areas for discussion (20 mins)
