Coed Lleol is running 3 gentle nature-connection sessions this spring. Sessions will include mindfulness in nature, environmental arts and crafts making and deepening our understanding of the natural world. These sessions are designed for those 16yrs old and above.

Session 1 - Tuesday April 4^th 10.30am-1.30pm

Session 2 - Tuesday April 11^th 10.30am-1.30pm

Session 3 - Tuesday April 25^th 10.30am-1.30pm
