Our colleagues at NEWID Cymru are delivering two modules which may help.
There’s a clear need for leadership-level conversations about AI. Not just about what tools exist, but how they fit into your mission, how to use them responsibly, and how to build internal confidence. Over the two modules, we’ll cover an overview of AI, practical examples, Third Sector case studies, governance, risk and responsible use. You’re welcome to attend both modules or the one most relevant to you.
Module 1 - AI for Leaders: AI for the Third Sector

With the rapid rise of Artificial Intelligence and the speed of its development, it can be challenging for organisations to keep pace. In this module, ProMo Cymru will guide you through some practical applications of AI for your organisation and share case studies from the third sector. Module 2 - AI for Leaders: Policy, Governance and Strategy
When: 4th February 2026, 10 am - 1 pm
In this module, ProMo Cymru will explore the challenges and opportunities of embedding Artificial Intelligence across your organisation. We’ll consider strategies for supporting your staff, navigating ethical considerations with confidence, writing appropriate usage policies, and communicating your vision for responsible AI adoption. Whether you’re in the early stages of AI exploration or developing a strategy, this session will equip you with practical insights to lead your organisation into the future with Artificial Intelligence.
