Introduction to Online Fundraising

The online session will be held on 15th September at 12 noon.

Online fundraising is a great way for community groups of all sizes in Merthyr Tydfil to reach more people, raise awareness of what they do, and directly bring in vital funds. Whether it’s through crowdfunding pages, focused appeals, social media, or simple promotion of donation links, digital fundraising can help connect with local supporters as well as people further afield who want to make a difference to your community.  It doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive to get started, and with the right approach, online fundraising can become a valuable part of helping your group grow, support your community, and continue the fantastic work you already do.

Join this interactive and relaxed session, led by Lauren Swain and Luke Upton, two of the Localgiving team based in Wales, to gain an understanding of how you can start with online fundraising, boost your donation levels and have your questions answered.
