Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil (VAMT) is inviting nominations to join our Board of Trustees \u2013 and we&#8217;d love to hear from you!<\/p><p>As a Trustee, you&#8217;ll play a vital role in guiding the strategic direction of VAMT, helping to ensure we remain a strong, effective, and inclusive organisation at the heart of Merthyr Tydfil&#8217;s voluntary and community life.<\/p><h2>What Does the Role Involve?<\/h2><ul><li>A three-year term<\/li><li>Attendance at 4 formal Board meetings per year<\/li><li>Participation in our Annual General Meeting and relevant development sessions<\/li><\/ul><p>No previous Board experience is required \u2014 just commitment, enthusiasm, and a desire to support the voluntary sector.<\/p><h2>We Want a Diverse Board<\/h2><p>We strongly encourage nominations from all members \u2014 especially those from underrepresented or marginalised communities.
