Lotto Merthyr Tydfil

Voluntary Action Merthyr Tydfil is pleased to announce that Lotto Merthyr Tydfil has been given the green light.

This exciting new initiative will give people the chance to support local good causes across Merthyr Tydfil, while also having the opportunity to win cash prizes.

When the lottery launches, tickets will be available to buy online for £1 per week. Supporters will be able to choose the good cause they would like to support.

Weekly Prizes

There will be a weekly draw with prizes including:

• £25,000 jackpot
• £2,000
• £250
• £25

Supporting Local Good Causes

Local good causes will soon be invited to register and raise funds through Lotto Merthyr Tydfil.

Good causes will keep 60% from every ticket sold, with 10% of this going into a central fund to support local community activity.

VAMT is working with leading lottery management company Gatherwell to deliver the scheme.
